Is the cancellation letter legally valid?
Yes. Our templates contain all the elements required for an effective cancellation and were reviewed by lawyers. The free PDF is just as valid as the paid options — the paid tiers simply add proof of delivery.
What is the difference between the paid options?
Registered Mail (€14.99) means we physically post your letter via registered mail, giving you proof of postage. Lawyer Proof (€49.99) sends the cancellation by email with an independent lawyer in blind copy, who can later confirm the cancellation was sent.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
We use double opt-in confirmation to make sure your cancellation document is delivered to the right person and to protect against misuse. You simply click a link in the email we send you.
